We definitely can, and we love taking care of you and all of our guests, but this is not something we can do over the phone or in a DM.

Here’s why an in-salon personalised consultation is necessary (we can also offer virtual/FaceTime consultations by request)…
1. Extensions are a bespoke service, because literally no 2 heads are the same.
2. We need to determine the best options suited to your hair type and lifestyle.
3. The natural quality, length, texture, and thickness of your hair must be considered.
During your consultation, your experienced stylist will ask you the right questions in order to determine your dream hair. It is helpful if you can come to this appointment with screenshots or posts saved on your phone with examples of your hair goals. Our Instagram has a range of colours and lengths and is a great place to start.
Your personalised hair extensions consultation is a chance for us to check the type, density, thickness, health, and fall rate of your natural hair (for explanations, check out this blog post). All of these factors will influence the hair extensions solution we recommend for you.
Your stylist will walk you through your different options and discuss all of the important hair extensions care requirements with you.

Not to mention the all-important colour match!
It is easy to see that after taking all of these factors into consideration, that providing any kind of hair extensions quote over a DM is not doing you or the beautiful hair any favours.
What if I don’t live locally?
We have many guests who travel from far and wide to have their Great Lengths extensions applied and maintained by us. For that, we are so grateful!
If this is you, we are able to organise a FaceTime consultation by request. This is obviously not as ideal as a face to face hair extensions consultation, as we are not able to touch and feel your hair. However, it is much better than a simple Instagram message where we cannot see your hair in real time.
